I am a trained counsellor and therapist specialising in nervous system understanding and regulation through the portal of the Plants.

I am a grower and forager of medicinal plants with a particular passion for self-sustainable, seasonal remedies handcrafted with love.

The path to healing begins when we dare to look inside ourselves to discover who we really are. When the conditioning and programming shifts and the masks fall away - who are we really? What drives our behaviour and actions, influences our thoughts and emotions, governs our reactions? The Nervous System does.
